Manchester City striker Robinho has suffered an injury setback in his return from a stress fracture and could be out for two more weeks. The £32.5 million signing from Real Madrid was expected to make his comeback against Southampton in the Carling Cup next week but a stress-fracture to his ankle has failed to heal adequately.

Chelsea have asked the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) for a suspension of their Fifa transfer ban in the hope that they will be allowed to sign players during the January transfer window.
