Tiger Woods clinches Presidents Cup for US

Tiger Woods delivered the clinching point on Sunday as the United States won the eighth Presidents Cup matchplay golf tournament. Woods's 6 & 5 triumph over South Korean YE Yang - the man who beat Woods for the PGA Championship title - gave the Americans an unbeatable lead with 17.5 points. Woods said he didn't realise his match could be the decisive one.

We won’t forget the opening Norfolk PGA Pro-Am of the year because the performance is very wonderful. It meant even short par fours were playing more like par fives hence it was no surprise that the winning score was a five-over-par 75.
